Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and handed off to our carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are generally processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packed using specialized cold-chain insulation and are dispatched only Monday through Thursday, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs handling fees assessed upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority, and the recipient is responsible for paying them.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

If your tracking number has not arrived, or no tracking updates appear within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team with your order number so we can investigate promptly.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

To keep dispatch times fast, order processing begins shortly after your order is placed.
